I love surprises of all types, mostly the good ones and it was an honor when I discovered a few months ago that my blog, the-caregiver-and-Alzheimer’s-source-of-information engine that could was recognized by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. I am humbled to be included on their list and little do they know my mom received their services once after a stay in the hospital.
Their visiting nurse was so nice, thorough and helpful I didn’t know what to do as I was handling all of the responsibility for my mom. The great thing was it was nice to know there was another helping hand and manager of her home and personal care and for anyone unfamiliar with their services I highly recommend them and NO this isn’t a paid endorsement!
